Bash: from find to tar.gz on the fly

Find all files server.log in current folder and subfolders (recursively) and pack it to tar archive after that compress with gzip

find ./ -name 'server.log' -type f |xargs tar -cf — | gzip -c > FE1_logs.tgz

or to tar archive

find ./ -name 'server.log' -type f |xargs tar -rf /tmp/archive.tar
